The evolution of BIM: from foundations to future prospects

CSCE Montreal Section Conference

The CSCE Montreal Section is delighted to invite you to a high-level technical presentation on Building Information Modeling (BIM), a revolutionary technology that is transforming the landscape of civil engineering and the construction industry. This conference, to be held on September 21, 2023 at ÉTS, will highlight the challenges of integrating BIM into the civil engineering field.

We will be privileged to welcome Mr. Erik Poirier, Director of buildingSMART Canada, who is one of Quebec's leading BIM experts. Mr. Poirier will share his in-depth knowledge of the evolution of BIM, its practical applications and the specific issues involved in integrating it into the civil engineering sector.
